Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival to Malaga

Your tour guide will pick you up from the airport and bring you to your hotel in Malaga. After we get you settled in the hotel and you become acquainted with your bike, just take it easy – rest in the hotel, see the town or take a short introductory ride with the guide to get accustomed to the bike (starts at 5 PM, takes about 2 hrs) In the evening we will meet for a welcome dinner and to brief you about the format of our tour, describe in detail the route of Day 2. Every night we have the briefing for next day.

Day 2: Malaga – Chefchaouen

            340km (3h 40m + 2h ferry)

We start our tour in Malaga riding towards Algeciras where the Ferry is wating to take us to our destination, the city of Tangier in Morocco. Once there, we start our great adventure discovering this magical country, realizing from the first moment that we are in a completely different environment from the one we know. The smell, the landscape, the buildings and the people show us that we will live a unique, astonishing and unforgettable experience. We ride over the Rif mountains and sleep in the city of Chefchaouen, which will seduce us with its simple blue shaded architecture.

Day 3: Chefchaouen – Fes

            260km (around 3h 45min)

We continue our route through the mountain region Rif, enyoing great areas of winding roads as well as a nice mountainous scenery to finally reach Fez, the second most important city of Morocco and former capital until 1925. There we visit its amazing old Medina declared an UNESCO World Heritage Site, and of course, the rest of the magnificent city.

Day 4: Fes – Merzouga

            470km (6h 12min)

Today we have a long riding day ahead of us, but find ourselves travelling through Morocco and not reach the sand dunes of the Sahara desert in Merzouga, our destination, would be unforgivable. On our way to Merzouga we enjoy not only our driving but also the spectacular landscapes we pass through; cedar forests, the amazing “alpine town” of Ifrane, valleys covered with palm trees crossing the Atlas mountain range and, of course, the desert.

Day 5: Rest day in Merzouga

Day off to choose from variety of activities offered by the area. 4X4 driving, buggies or camel ride.

Day 6: Merzouga – Bourmaine Dadès

            250km (3h 15 min)

On the ride we visit two of the greatest marvels of Morroco’s nature, the famous Todhra and Dades gorges. aside from enjoying again crossing the desert and riding along the Atlas. The mud architecture in Bourmaine Dades, typical of Morocco cities south of the Atlas, shall leave a deep impression on us.

Day 7: Bourmaine Dadès – Marrakech

            320km (4h 40min)

We ride with the Atlas on our right, probably with snow – capped peaks, towards Ouarzazate. From here we cross the Atlas through the Tzi n’Tichka mountain pass to Marrakech. The landscapes are magnificent and we have great pleasure winding on these marvelous mountain roads. In Marrakech we enjoy visiting its bustling marketplace and its medina, an old Islamic capital.

Day 8: Marrakech – Rabat

            320km (around 3h)

In the first stage of our return we head northbound towards the imperial city of Rabat, the capital of Morocco. The trip runs along quiet roads and we have time enough to enjoy and explore the exotic places this city offers us.

Day 9: Rabat – Malaga

            400km (4h 30min)

Today we ride towards Tangier to catch our ferry back to Europe, once in Spain we are heading for Malaga where we celebrate our farewell meal. And now it’s time to remember the most touching moments of this passionate tour.

Day 10: Back Home

We say goodbye to our fellow travelers, hoping that this holidays will be an unforgettable experience and remain a long and pleasant memory for all participants.
